Milbrey developed Stage 3 of The Gateway, a large-format retail precinct strategically located adjacent to Harvey Norman in Bathurst.

The development is anchored by national tenants including Repco, RSEA Safety and 4WD Supacentre, contributing to a growing cluster of established large-format retailers.

The project enhances the Bathurst retail landscape by providing strong tenant representation, convenient access and long-term value to the surrounding community.

Southern Highlands

Mittagong, NSW

Milbrey is developing a large-format retail precinct adjacent to Bunnings Warehouse in Mittagong, within the Southern Highlands region.

The development will feature national retailers and is designed to support the continued growth of the local community by improving access to automotive and trade retail.

The project forms part of Milbrey’s growing portfolio of large-format retail developments across regional New South Wales.
